Answer: The information can be used for marketing or communication activities but the information cannot be re-sold or published
in any other form.
2. How
can the user extract data from the database?
Answer: The reporting capabilities allows the user
to extract data (coach/contact/rowing organization emails
and addresses) to a tab delimited file which can then be opened
up in excel. From excel, the user can utilize the mail merge
functions to create email or mass mailing campaigns.
3. Do you
just have U.S. organizations or other countries as well?
Answer: We have complete lists on U.S. organizations
and Canadian organizations. We also have organizational
lists for several other countries in Europe and South America.
4. What is the accuracy rate for the information in the Database?
Answer: In recent tests, we have found an accuracy
rate of approximately 90%, which includes both emails and
mailing addresses. We are constantly striving to improve our
accuracy rate, of course!
5. Who is using this database?
Answer: Our client list ranges from vendors (i.e.
boat companies, insurance companies, etc.) to rowing associations,
to colleges. Each organization uses the lists for its own
